Thank-you for the information. I have found the updates for the Installshield Wizard and it's been a succesfull challenge. The game is now working perfectly fine but due to it's installation another problem occured. I took a screenie of it. During the clean install the information appeared. I clicked on "ignore" an the installation completed. You may need to update the firmware in your optical drive. Or you could have a bad optical drive.

It's also possible you have a RAM problem. And, as the prompt says, you could have a bad disc. I'd do a complete uninstall and then a re-install. If you have something to clean your optical drive, I'd also try that. You may have dust-bunnies in there. Or perhaps a little dust on the optics. The firmwave of the optical drive is upto date.
